When will my order ship?
Orders with in stock inventory will be fulfilled within 2-7 business days (excluding holidays). You will receive tracking as soon as it's been shipped.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on most items, with the exception of custom and sale items. Items must be in new condition, and apparel must be unworn. FINAL SALE ON MARKDOWN ITEMS. We offer a full refund on items returned within 10 days of receiving your order, and store credit thereafter. Please contact us if you need to return an item. You are responsible for shipping pieces back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
How do I make a return?

Can I modify or add items to an order that has already been placed?
If we have not shipped your original order out, please email us at hello@farramiron.com so we can update your order and send you an updated invoice. Unfortunately, if the order has been shipped we are unable to combine shipments.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, send an email to hello@farramiron.com if you would like your order to be gift wrapped
Are your packing peanuts biodegradable?
Yes! We use biodegradable packing peanuts in all of our shipments. They are water soluble and leave no residue.
The piece I want is sold out. When will it be available?
Some of our pieces are one of a kind and may not be available for re-order. Please use the form provided on the specific product page to submit your email address for notification when the piece becomes available. The availability of each piece varies as all are handmade by different artisans across the world.
What if a blanket I purchased rips or tears?
While we do not offer traditional style mending services, we encourage you to contact us for contemporary mending and repair of these pieces. They are meant to last and be well loved.
What does it mean to be hand dyed?
We work with a dye/ textile artist in San Diego who hand dyes all of our fabrics in small batches to achieve custom colors. No two pieces will be alike and slight variations in where the dye sits may occur. These variations are intended upon and part of the process and design of each piece. The dye and color may fade over time and is taken into consideration when designing each piece. These truly are pieces of art and any imperfections is part of its beauty and uniqueness.
What if my product arrives damaged?
F A R R A stands 100% behind our products. Each piece is carefully finished and packed to ensure safe transport. We have selected our shipping vendors for their quality of service and care of the product. We encourage you to inspect your items on receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit or you discover any manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately. Please take note of our hand dye process and vintage textiles.
Can I check the status of my order online?
Upon purchase, you will receive an email from F A R R A confirming that your order has been placed. You will receive another e-mail notification with tracking information when your order has been shipped. If you have an account with F A R R A , you can log into your account and scroll down on your account page to see your order history and status.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes! Choose the expedited shipping option you desire at checkout. Please note: all orders placed during weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day, so keep this in mind as you factor in delivery timing. Orders placed after 2 PM PST on business days will begin processing on the following business day. Please contact us if you have any questions or if you are interested in expediting an order.
How will my order be received?
Each product is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. If you place an order online for multiple products, we will consolidate boxes to the extent possible. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS and delivered right to your front door.
